Guarantee and Servicing

All the goods sold by Ceramiche Florimar s.r.l. on the www.florimar.it website are covered, as provided for by law, by the manufacturer’s regular guarantee.

Goods purchased by private customers have 24-month guarantee coverage, in accordance with legislation D.Lgs. 2 February 2002, no. 24, against compliance faults as long as the said goods have been installed and used correctly for their intended use and in accordance with the provisions set out in the attached technical documentation.

Goods purchased as a business expenditure or using a VAT number are covered by a 12-month guarantee.

To take advantage of servicing under guarantee, the customer must keep the invoice together with the goods purchased or the invoice sent to the purchased at a later date.

If, after technical checks carried out by the Manufacturer, the fault does not result as being a compliance fault in accordance with legislation D.Lgs. 2 February 2002, no. 24, the customer shall be charged the costs for such checks carried out by the Manufacturer or his service centres and the costs of transfer, transportation and/or shipping incurred by Ceramiche Florimar s.r.l.

If goods are acknowledged as being non compliant, Ceramiche Florimar s.r.l. shall do its best to make sure the Manufacturer or his service centres solve the problem by restoring working order or replacing the goods.

If the Manufacturer or his service centres are unable to render the goods under guarantee compliant by restoring working order or replacing them, Ceramiche Florimar s.r.l. may at its own discretion terminate the contract and refund the customer the entire amount paid.

The customer in all cases must however send or bring the allegedly non-compliant goods to the Ceramiche Florimar s.r.l. site in via Crescenza, 1 (ex SS14) | 33050 Precenicco (UD) under his own responsibility and at his own expense.
